Job Description
One of our top healthcare companies is looking to bring on an EVS Supervisor in the Little Rock, AR area. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of EVS workers that are helping manage the hospitals room turnover and cleaning services. The Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
- Payroll
- Scheduling
- Overseeing and managing the team
- Patient/QA surveys
- Black lift surveys
- visual inspections
Main indicators will revolve around room turnover time, patient experience, and audits.
Pay rate $20-25/hr
Shift - 2-11:30pm

Skills and Requirements
- 1 year of experience in the cleaning industry
- Supervisor or Managerial experience overseeing a team
- Experience in a healthcare environment or healthcare industry
- Experience managing a teams schedule, approving hours, and conducting surveys to patients/employees
- Great communicator and can translate direction from management to their staff
- holding people accountable while being kind and fair
- ability to walk around the hospital on a daily basis while checking in with their staff throughout the day - HIPPA/OSHA certifications null
