Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EVS Manager to lead a high-performing team within a large hospital environment in Little Rock. This role will oversee a diverse group of supervisors and frontline EVS staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor EVS staff to promote professional growth and team cohesion.
Drive performance through clear communication, accountability, and a fair, respectful leadership style.
Manage daily operations, including scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as room turnover times, patient experience scores, and audit results.
Navigate a variety of personalities and responsibilities while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and standards.
Maintain a strong physical presence throughout the facility—this is an active role requiring frequent walking and hands-on support.
Pay rate - ~$35/hr
Shift - 2-11:30pm
