EVS Floor Technician
Schedule: Day – 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with every other weekend commitment
Location: Darby, PA
Department: Environmental Services
Reports to: Manager Operations, Environmental Services
Position Purpose:
Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a full-time EVS Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services Team!
What You Will Do:
Responsible for all floor care work including routine mopping (dry and damp) buffing, waxing and burnishing all hard surfaces.Provides floor maintenance; including but not limited to vacuuming, shampooing and extracting carpets, stairwells and upholstery.Performs preventive maintenance checks on all equipment prior to use and at the end of shift.Provides other cleaning services such as dusting, routine restroom, offices, halls and classrooms or other duties as assigned.Follow all safety requirements and procedures at all times.Required to work holidays as needed.Minimum Qualifications:
