As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in shaping financial reporting processes and strengthening internal controls across a diverse and dynamic region. **What You Will Do** + Perform month-end close activities and prepare accurate financial statements for corporate submission + Analyze financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures + Oversee and resolve accounting entries in collaboration with business process outsourcing (BPO) partners + Maintain and enhance accounting process controls; implement approved changes as directed + Develop and update process documentation and desktop procedures + Conduct internal control testing and execute audit programs in line with SOX and corporate standards + Monitor key financial processes monthly and report on control effectiveness + Identify and drive improvements in internal controls and financial reporting processes **What You Will Need** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance + Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial accounting (MNCs) or 3 years in external audit (Big 4 or 2nd tier firms) + CPA qualification or CPA finalist status + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) + Strong written and verbal communication skills in English **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience working with BPO partners or shared service centers + Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects or process improvements Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
