As a Joint Replacement Sales Representative, you’ll be part of a high-performing team that’s passionate about improving patient outcomes and building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. **What You Will Do** + Drive sales of Stryker’s Joint Replacement portfolio to meet or exceed territory revenue targets + Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key decision-makers + Provide in-depth product knowledge and surgical support during procedures + Develop and execute territory business plans and sales strategies + Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely product availability for surgical cases + Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals + Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to inform strategy + Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, including AdvaMed guidelines **What You Will Need** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical healthcare or sales (or a combination) + 1- 7years of experience in a sales or healthcare-related role + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools + Ability to work in operating room environments and support surgical procedures + Willingness to attend meetings and events outside regular business hours + Strong organizational and communication skills + Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory **Preferred Qualifications** + 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare + Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospital staff **Additional Information** + A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the territory + This is a field-based role with frequent travel and time spent in clinical settings Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
