We are seeking a Test Team Product Owner / Coordinator for the System Test team working on the quality assurance of Siemens Healthineers' flagship product Syngo Carbon and syngo platform. In this role, you will coordinate testing activities and lead the testing strategy for medical imaging software platform modules. You will be responsible for managing the team's backlog, prioritizing testing activities, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the R&D organization and work closely with teams globally, as well as with local teams in Budapest and Miskolc.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical coordination of the system test team Managing and prioritizing the testing team's backlog Overseeing both exploratory and formal testing activities for medical imaging software Driving test automation and maintaining test frameworks Managing and improving test pipelines in Azure DevOps Ensuring quality standards and testing coverage Developing and maintaining automated tests in C# Communication effectively in business English Synchronizing tasks and responsibilities with various stakeholders Contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes
 

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong background in software testing and quality assurance Experience in test team coordination Experience with test automation development in C# Familiarity with Azure DevOps and pipeline management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with agile methodologies Understanding of software development lifecycle Quality-driven mindset with attention to detail
 

Preferred Skills:

Product Owner certification or relevant experience Experience in medical software testing Knowledge of test automation frameworks Background in system testing Experience with CI/CD pipelines Understanding of regulatory requirements in medical software Previous experience in similar technical leadership roles
