Overview
Responsibilities
Administer Cobra including the following tasks:Import actuals and estimated actuals into Cobra and reconcile with the accounting ledger and Cost Variance ReportsTroubleshoot any data transfer issuesImport and maintain budget baselineCreate and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)Create and maintain Calendar, Cost sets, Resource, and Rate TablesUpdate Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Complete (EAC)Maintain the Program Baseline LogAdminister MPM, Winsight and Cobra including the following tasks:Import actuals and estimated actuals into MPM and reconcile with the accounting ledgerImport and maintain budget baselineCreate and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)Maintain Rate TablesMaintain schedules in MPM and/or a scheduling tool and update monthly performanceUpdate Estimates to CompleteMaintain the Program Baseline LogAnalyze monthly and cumulative contract baseline budget versus actual costsCreate the monthly Cost Variance Report (CVRs)Create Inception to date cost reportsManage Baseline Change Requests (BCR)Support Finance Director, Program Managers and PMO Management as neededPerform other duties and assignments as required
Qualifications
Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is preferred.Experience:Prior experience in Finance, Accounting, Pricing, Project Controls, developing Work Breakdown Structures, and related budgets in job costing environment. Knowledge in MPM/COBRA/Project Scheduling is preferred.Skills & Technology Used:Four (4+) years of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, Access), EXCEL macros or similar software-based experience.Three (3+) Years of relational database management experience (MPM/COBRA) and knowledge of SQL is preferred.Outstanding oral and written communication.At V2X, we are deeply committed to both equal employment opportunity, including protection for Veterans and individuals with disabilities, and fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. The EVMS Analyst will support the Army Sustainment Finance Operations Program Management and prepare the program’s monthly integrated program management report (IPMR) CDRL, quarterly Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR), and Cost Variance Report (CVR).In addition, the Analyst will help manage and administer the EVMS tools and processes and serve as the primary EVMS compliance interface with the customer and V2X Corporate.
