This role combines data management with campaign execution in Everlytic. You will be responsible for extracting, cleaning, and preparing data for communications, as well as supporting the design for mobile and laptop, execution, and analysis of campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient on Everlytic as a communication distribution tool, enjoys working with complex data sets, solving problems, and ensuring communications reach the right audience.

Key responsibilities will include amongst others the following:

Data Management:

Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources, sources include: OMW Cube, Indigo, WealthCRM.Manage prebuilt queries and tables to integrate new and purge old records.Troubleshooting/removing corrupted data and related problems.Determine data spec for request to data source (IT, business unit, etc) based on scope of communication to be sent.Manage and/or develop template(s) for data extracts.Perform initial analysis to assess the quality of the data received.Identify issues and report to business or resolve.Structure and filter large data sets to find usable information for specific communication being sent. E.g. in the case of a fund closure, being able to understand the relevant investment types, client details, planner details, etc.Using for example: Pivot tables, Indexed tables, VLookups / HLookups as well as Data transformation (using Excel functions).Maintain Master distribution lists per planner, client and internal segments in Everlytic.

Everlytics:

Ensuring all messages are designed in line with our CI.Supporting the team with the execution of campaigns and projects.Provide input, proofreading and preparing messaging for distribution.Plan, design and conduct research campaigns.Analyse and interpret research results.Manage distribution lists.

Qualifications and Experience required:

Relevant/related degree.3 to 5 years applicable business experience.Strong Excel skills Strong organisational and communication skills (verbal and written).Strong understanding of design principles and processes.Strategic thinker and ability to conceptualise new ideas for campaigns and messaging.Creative flair and good attention for detail (including spelling and grammar).Motivated to maintain and improve design standards in line with industry best practices.Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.Ability to give constructive feedback.Reliable and self-disciplined.Be able to manage own workload and handle pressure from time to time.Basic knowledge of html advantageous.
