Events Warehouse Coordinator
Work Flexibility: Onsite

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Location: 6300 S Sprinkle, Kalamazoo, MI

Starting rate: $23.25/hr.

Summary:

As the Events Warehouse Coordinator supporting the Instruments team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of moderately to highly complex administrative and physical tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment for medical events.

What You Will Do:

Receive, unpack, and verify incoming goods against inventory records to ensure accuracy.Maintain detailed records of received materials and notify appropriate personnel for inspection of any nonconforming or damaged items.Safely lift and transport heavy items, including operation of forklifts or other material-handling equipment as required.Interpret engineering drawings and follow documented assembly or packaging instructions with precision.Prepare and maintain shipping records, ensuring compliance with all documentation and recordkeeping requirements.Inspect, stock, and distribute materials within inventory or designated storage areas as needed.Package and prepare goods for final shipment or for integration into production assembly.Accurately enter and maintain data within the inventory management system to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.

High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years’ work experienceAbility to lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs.

Excel and/or SAP experience
