**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM **Location:** 6300 S Sprinkle, Kalamazoo, MI **Starting rate:** $23.25/hr. **Summary:** As the Events Warehouse Coordinator supporting the Instruments team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of moderately to highly complex administrative and physical tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment for medical events. **What You Will Do:** + Receive, unpack, and verify incoming goods against inventory records to ensure accuracy. + Maintain detailed records of received materials and notify appropriate personnel for inspection of any nonconforming or damaged items. + Safely lift and transport heavy items, including operation of forklifts or other material-handling equipment as required. + Interpret engineering drawings and follow documented assembly or packaging instructions with precision. + Prepare and maintain shipping records, ensuring compliance with all documentation and recordkeeping requirements. + Inspect, stock, and distribute materials within inventory or designated storage areas as needed. + Package and prepare goods for final shipment or for integration into production assembly. + Accurately enter and maintain data within the inventory management system to ensure real-time inventory accuracy. **What You Need:** _Required_ **:** + High School Diploma or equivalent + 2+ years’ work experience + Ability to lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs. _Preferred_ **:** + Excel and/or SAP experience Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
