Duties and responsibilities related to the Events Waiter/essrole
Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests at a variety of events
Craft memorable experiences for guests while delivering prompt and professional service
Familiarise yourself with all menus andspecial offers, maintaining efficient communication
Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service levels
Work collaboratively withcolleagues to ensure smooth operation of the event
Uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence in service and attention to detail
About you
Previous experience working in the same or similar role in a premium environment is desired.
