As the Events Specialist, you will create world class events while ensuring brand consistency and delivering on unique customer experiences!
**Your role:**
+ Drives events projects at a strategic level and in a complex, multi-language, multi-cultural environment.
+ Implements detailed project plans for each event, overseeing all phases from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met with precision.
+ Works closely with Marketing teams to understand product and solution positioning, ensuring that event content and activities align with promotional strategies and enhance impact.
+ Builds and nurtures strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, internal teams, external vendors, and clients, to foster collaboration and deliver events based on aligned objectives.
+ Implements sophisticated measurement and analytics frameworks to assess event performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI).
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience managing corporate events across a complex organization, experience in Healthcare or Technology B2B, B2G events strongly preferred
+ Your skills include Project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources
+ You have a bachelor’s degree in relevant field
+ Proficiency in MS office, lean process and project methodology tools are a plus as well as Salesforce, MS Team, Sharepoint and other event management tools which are also a plus
+ Travel requirements may be up to 20%
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency **
_The pay range for this position is $77,000.00 to $121,000.00._ The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
