Events Registration Coordinator
Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Events Registration Coordinator for one of its national non-profit clients. This role is remote in Washington DC OR Richmond, VA . The main responsibility of this resource will be to answer inbound calls from people wanting to register for both events. The coordinator will help answer questions and will ultimately help drive overall registration and attendance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds is required. All applicants must have their own reliable personal computer or laptop. The standard hours will be Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM EST- 7 hour work days; 35 hours a week. Skills and Requirements Must have reliable personal computer or laptop 1+ year of experience with event registration, event planning, or member enrollment/ registration Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities Ability to work independently but efficiently from home Need someone with high energy, passion for non-profit work, and a go-getter personality!
