Acting as the main point of contact between the hotel and the client, you will ensure exceptional coordination across all departments involved. With strong attention to detail and a passion for service, you will help create events that are as memorable as they are flawlessly executed.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all aspects of group and event logistics from pre-arrival to post-event follow-up.Lead pre-con and post-con meetings, ensuring all event details are clearly communicated to operational departments.Manage rooming lists, signage, printed materials, inspection visit dossiers, and guest experience planning.Ensure all setups, services, and client requests are executed according to agreed specifications.Actively upsell hotel outlets and services, helping to increase average guest spend.Handle client feedback and incident resolution with empathy and efficiency.Oversee event billing, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments.Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning and execution stages.Monitor and maintain the condition of event spaces, reporting issues proactively.Collaborate with Sales, FB, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless execution.Actively participate in department initiatives and contribute to overall event strategy.Foster a positive team environment and promote open communication within the Events Department.a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;}
