Key Responsibilities

Complete LAMP segmentation and venue mapping in collaboration with marketing teams.Lead the end-to-end LAMP onboarding and activation cycle, from scouting to post-launch.Govern field execution through LAMP Executives and agency partners.Manage contract design, negotiation support, and coordination with Legal.Own the deployment of uniforms, premiums, digital solutions, and branded materials.Validate campaign briefings, schedule frontline training, and ensure readiness.Conduct field visits and mystery shopper programs for quality assurance.Monitor performance using important metrics and ensure deployment and logging of CRM / CE tools.Align budget scope and deployment readiness with SFP and CC marketing functions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in field marketing, trade execution, or event coordination.Proven experience coordinating across marketing, legal, and commercial operations.Ability to manage multiple activations and troubleshoot in real time.
