Events Coordinator (Part Time)
Job Description Our client is looking for an Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of their 2026 Annual Summit. This event is a a large-scale, two-day professional conference taking place in New York City. This role will play a critical role during the team's peak planning season. The position is fully remote during the planning phase and requires full-time, in-person support onsite in New York City from May 2 through May 7, including load-in, live event days, and load-out. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented events professional who thrives behind the scenes and enjoys supporting complex, high-profile events. You will support the planning and execution of a two-day summit featuring high-profile speakers and a large attendee audience and coordinate closely with internal teams including events, operations, content, design, sales, and field marketing. You will provide logistical support for registration, attendee communications, scheduling, and meetings management. You will maintain and update daily event dashboards and tracking documents using data pulled from Salesforce and serve as a point of contact for questions related to Cvent scheduling tools and event technology. You will assist with internal and external event communications, including FAQs, timelines, and Slack channel updates and monitor and respond to inquiries in the event email inbox. This is a Part Time role with approximately 20 hours per week from January through early May and then full time onsite support required in New York City from May 2 through May 7. Skills and Requirements - 2+ years of experience supporting events in a logistics or operations-focused role - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Hands on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and/or Cvent - Experience supporting marketing, communications, PR, or media-driven events
