Events Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support professional to join our client's Employee Engagement team within the Specialized Clouds organization. This role is pivotal in providing operational and logistical support to ensure the seamless execution of employee engagement programs and events, allowing the team to focus on high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the Employee Engagement team, ensuring the smooth execution of programs and events.Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications across the team and with external vendors, including negotiating logistics and tracking associated expenses.Track budgets, invoices, and expenses for employee engagement activities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.Maintain task lists, monitor project progress, and provide updates to the Business Manager and leadership.Pull and consolidate reports, status updates, and metrics to support team decision-making and leadership presentations.Assist in the preparation of materials for presentations, meetings, and events, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Serve as the point of contact for internal and external partners for engagement programs, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-through.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in corporate administrative roles, managing day-to-day operations, calendars, and logistics.1-2 years of experience in event and vendor coordination, booking vendors, and handling logistics for programs or meetings.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint with 2+ years of experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders.Trustworthy and reliable, maintaining confidentiality, demonstrating integrity, and consistently following through on commitments.A self-starter and collaborative team player who takes initiative independently and partners effectively with the team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in supporting Employee Engagement, HR, or executive teams.Familiarity with project tracking or event management tools.Ability to build trust and credibility quickly with multiple stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time onsite position at our client's Redmond location, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with opportunities to support high-impact initiatives and gain exposure to executive-level operations. The team is supportive and driven, creating an environment where your contributions are visible, valued, and impactful. The role may require occasional hands-on support during events and programs.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
