ResponsibilitiesSupport the Engineering Site Leader in maintaining a rhythm of business that drives execution of core business priorities and encourages best practice sharing among engineering sites.Participate in strategic initiatives or cross-group projects by contributing to the overall strategy, creating and implementing plans, and developing metrics and communication approaches.Partner with corporate communications and local teams to deliver on internal and external communication strategies that reinforce values, brand, and community presence.Collaborate with leaders, HR, and diversity and inclusion champions to shape and influence a positive, inclusive, and innovative culture at our engineering sites.Deliver programs in support of strategic initiatives or cross-group projects, contributing to the overall strategy for engaging communities and ecosystems in the region.Maintain relationships with peers outside the team to ensure strong cross-group collaboration.Partner with the Finance team and business program managers to support financial planning and budgeting, participating in expense reporting, budget tracking, and reconciliation activities.Plan and execute meetings, events, and partnerships both internally and with external partners.Continuously seek ways to simplify processes and drive improvements and efficiencies.Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications and interactions.Essential SkillsBachelor's or associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.5-7 years of experience in operations management and execution.Exceptional influence and collaboration skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across a highly matrixed organization.Aptitude for independent work without significant oversight, achieving results with accuracy and attention to detail under deadline pressure.Additional Skills & QualificationsEvent Management & Logistics: 5-7 yearsBudget & Financial Management: 4+ yearsMarketing & Promotion: 4+ yearsProficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, Excel data entry, calendar management, and customer service.Experience in corporate events, trade shows, and project coordination.Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a dynamic and fast-paced Austin, TX location with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days onsite per week. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with the potential for extension. The position offers a great opportunity for career growth and hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
