Key expectations of this role areEnsuring that all aspects of the guest experience are delivered in allocated event spaces according to Rosewood standards. Ensuring a smooth day to day running of the beverage services in regards to all service, health and safety and supervision of bar operations.Having a thorough knowledge of all products offered by the Events to be able to maximise sales.Supervising the Events beverage team during set up and tear down of each event.Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a high-pressure environment.
ProfileThe ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.A good understanding of how to supervise agency workers and casual associates.Having a passion for events and taking ownership of the guest experience.

Role We are currently looking for an Events Beverage Supervisor to join our Banqueting team Rosewood London. Our Events Beverage Supervisor is entrusted with supervising the beverage and bar services within the events spaces ensuring levels of service and guest's satisfaction are met whilst upholding relevant legislation and accurate stock controls.
