This role may perform carving and other buffet attendant duties as required.** **This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and some intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling, sauteing, etc. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence. Please note that this role requires the ability to multitask, be well organized, and demonstrate discipline.** **The pay range for this position is an hourly rate of $19.00 to $21.85. This position is also eligible to earn overtime.** **Qualifications:** The ideal candidate possesses: + Good communication skills + 3 years of previous line experience preferred, 2 years required. + Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Ability to stand for 8 hours, during shift + Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills. + Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen. + Requires minimal supervision and training.
