JOB SUMMARY:

A part-time, hourly team member position involves assisting the Group Sales & Events Team, their clients and coordinating events. This includes makings calls to new and existing customers along with administrative support. You must be an exceptional listener with excellent time management, verbal communication, and customer service skills. You must be self-motivated, competitive and a team player. Good problem-solving skills and a high level of integrity are essential.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support all aspects of Group Sales Events with regards to client events.Comfortable interacting with park guests electronically and in-person.Serve as a liaison with all operating departments to complete tasks pertinent to all marketing and group events.Assist with phone inquiries, direct calls, and assist with customer service tickets.Must communicate clearly and effectively in verbal, written and electronic media.Other projects assigned by the Full-time Marketing Management team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to obtain a Six Flags Vehicle Operators PermitExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to plan, organize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Be available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and some holidaysDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ability to adapt to new technology
