Events and Sales Manager

We are seeking Event and Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a premier hospitality group, launching exceptional pre-openings for four new licensed luxury venues in Dubai. This pivotal role focuses on driving sales growth, securing premium events, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards.

 

The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates

A track record of delivering measurable results (e.g., revenue growth, client retention, repeat bookings). Expertise in managing high-end corporate and private events with uncompromising attention to detail. Creativity and innovation in designing bespoke event concepts that enhance brand visibility. Confidence in representing the brand at an executive level and building partnerships with key decision-makers.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract high-profile clients and corporate accounts. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach. Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and private clients. Manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to maximize revenue and ensure service quality. Maintain and grow a robust client database and CRM system to optimize repeat business.

Event Management

Lead the end-to-end event cycle: planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event evaluation. Collaborate closely with F&B operations and service teams to ensure flawless execution of events. Oversee all event logistics including setup, execution, and guest experience. Monitor and control event budgets; prepare financial and performance reports for management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

Brand & Market Strategy

Develop and execute event marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Represent the venues at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and client expectations. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all events reflect the luxury positioning and service ethos of the group.

 

Requirements

Proven experience in sales and event management within fine dining or luxury hospitality. Established network of corporate and private clients in Dubai. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a results-driven approach. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as required by event schedules.
