Key Responsibilities

Be the face of the company in the marketplace at your designated work locationsKnow the mini vacation package and rewards you are promoting to the public in appreciation of attending a sales presentation.Carefully screen and identify qualified guests in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure they meet the criteria for participating in the sales presentation.Know the properties, rooms types and facilities and provide customers with accurate and helpful information as needed.Handle payment and complete necessary documentation (paper or digital) for package or tour bookings generated during your designated shiftAssist customers with room bookings and related inquiries.Collect all leads into the systemEnsure sufficient collateral is in good condition and working orderEnsure your work location is neat and tidyAttend scheduled team meetings.
