This is a remote role based 50 miles in and around Monterey, CA. It is part time for fall but there will be full time hours leading up to and during the event.
Position Summary
The Life Time Partnership Marketing team is looking for an intern to support the planning and execution of the 2026 Life Time Sea Otter Classic. This student will work with our National Account Manager to support the fulfillment of all sponsorship contracts related to this iconic cycling event. Pre- and post-event, this student will assist in the management of social media and email content, the event’s “virtual goodie bag,” PA announcements, event recaps and more. On-site during the event week (April 16-19, 2026), this role will have responsibilities related to branding, content and first-hand client management. This position is an excellent opportunity for students interested in event sponsorships and marketing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned
Works cross-functionally with teams to execute strategies to meet business needs
Helps improve administration procedures
Attends company meetings and functions as needed
Assists in other miscellaneous tasks as needed
Position Requirements
Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
Currently maintaining a GPA of 2.0 or higher
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
