For information about ABM’s benefits,** ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_Spanish\_v2\_9.5.24.pdf) **The Event Tech provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.** **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • 1-2 years of experience required and on the job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required **Preferred Qualifications:** • Customer service experience • 1-2 years of similar work experience **Responsibilities:** • Clean and maintain buildings/facilities • Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures • Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities Event set ups including table and chair configurations based on specific map layouts and verbal instructions. Trash disposal before, during, and after events including public areas, lobbies, break areas, restrooms, etc. Clean and sanitize surfaces Make sure all public spaces are clean and clear of debris and clutter, no tripping hazards and or debris High level of customer service and communication. Great at following direction. Great team player. Great self starter and ability to prioritize tasks with minimal direction. High attention to detail. Great communication skills and the ability to provide detailed shift reports. Bilingual read and write in English and Spanish preferred. Event set up experience a plus! A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
