Event Specialist Medical Education & Internal Events
**Your role:** + Work with Events Team sharing the organisation of the year’s educational course planning. + Partner with the MedEd training team to develop high-quality educational experiences for customers. + Oversee comprehensive preparation and planning for each educational event from inception to completion. + Engage with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event organisation. + Manage all communications related to events, including agendas, email correspondence, and online platform coordination. + Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure that all regulations regarding HCP interactions are followed. **You are a part of** The Events team is part of the Marketing & Communications team working out of our Zaventem office in Belgium. Working together and helping each other out are key words for this team that ensures Philips customers and employees receive consistent, streamlined learning services by using common company style and standards in the delivery of learning services & solutions. This fast-moving environment will energize and simulate you to make decisions and act independently, but also leaves room to develop yourself. **To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:** + You have excellent communication skills and are used to communicating on different levels and different stakeholders. + You are naturally highly organised and capable of tracking the progress of multiple events simultaneously. + Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Another European language is an advantage. + Previous experience in a similar position involving event organisation, event hosting, and work within an international context is required. + Experience in B2B event marketing and engagement with healthcare professionals is preferred. + Experience in using online events tools is required: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar. + Experience using online CRM tools is required: Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow or similar. + Experience in B2B marketing and communication is an advantage. + You are comfortable supporting and hosting virtual events using computer-based platforms. + Experience using online tools such as Cvent is an advantage. + Willingness and availability to travel for in-person events as needed. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
