As an Event Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing memorable events that enhance our brand and engage our audience, specifically focusing on LATAM events within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing a variety of events, from product launches to corporate gatherings, ensuring that every detail aligns with our marketing objectives. This position reports to the Sr. Event & Marketing Manager and will work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule (3 in office, 2 remote). In this role, you will impact our marketing success by delivering exceptional event experiences that strengthen customer relationships and drive brand recognition across the LATAM region. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in ensuring seamless event logistics, while your creativity will shine through in crafting unique and compelling experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and event setup + Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, trade shows, and other marketing events specifically for the LATAM market. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event strategies and objectives tailored to the LATAM region. + Manage event budgets, including vendor negotiations and cost tracking + Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement + Manage event registration, attendee communication, and pos-tevent follow up + Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement YOU MUST HAVE + 3+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a marketing or corporate environment. + Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. + Advanced English + Budget management experience + Proficiency in event management software and tools. + Travel availability up to 40% WE VALUE + Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in event planning and execution. + Creativity and innovation in event planning and execution. + Cvent experience + Portuguese communication skills Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
