Allied Universal® is hiring an Event Security Professional. The Event Security Professional is responsible for duties such as collecting tickets, welcoming and ushering guests, and providing superior customer service. Event Staff team members are also responsible for directing foot traffic, parking traffic and ensuring the cleanliness, operational efficiency and maintenance of designated areas.

Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and executionAllow appropriate entry into each venue, may collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic coming in and out of the venueDemonstrate an understanding of the policies, procedures and regulations of different venues, facilities and eventsInitiate greetings to our guests as they arrive at the facility entrance, aisle, concourse area or other locationProvide guests with helpful directions and/or suggestions that will enhance their entertainment experienceQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
High school diploma (or equivalent)Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employmentExperience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentOutstanding oral and written communication skillsAbility to de-escalate conflicts and maintain composure in challenging situationsAbility to handle emergency situations and provide excellent customer serviceUnderstanding of traffic management procedures and parking regulationsAbility to enforce rules logically and apply good judgment skillsAttentive listening skills: ability to listen to customers, offer positive solutions, and assert authority only when necessaryPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
