If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, excel in building relationships, and love bringing events to life, this role offers the perfect opportunity to shine. **What You’ll Do** + Lead primary sales efforts for **Banquet Food & Beverage** , including menu planning and agenda development + Conduct detailed event planning, from initial concept through on‑site execution + Review contracts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client needs + Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance **before, during, and after** each event + Facilitate effective communication with all hotel departments to deliver seamless service + Host site tours and represent the hotel with professionalism and confidence + Build and maintain strong long‑term customer relationships + Participate in — and at times lead — internal event meetings and team collaborations + Partner closely with an assigned Administrative Assistant and other support staff to ensure flawless operations + Uphold the polished, guest‑focused environment that defines the Hyatt Regency New Orleans At Hyatt, we care for people so they can be their best — and that includes every colleague who joins our team.
