Description: + Responsible for planning, executing, and scaling employee engagement experiences across North America, with a focus on in-office activations and culture-building events. + Oversees all aspects of programming related to employee connection and fun, including recurring experiences like Collaboration Thursdays, and regional engagement initiatives. + Supports the North America listening strategy by translating employee feedback into meaningful, high-impact moments that reflect our values and brand. Familiar with employee culture trends, workplace inclusion practices, and hybrid engagement models. + Relies on strong organizational and interpersonal skills to plan and deliver consistent, polished experiences that promote pride and connection. Performs a variety of tasks in collaboration with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, Internal Communications, and site operations. + Works under general supervision of Internal Communications Manager. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
