The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a full-time or part-time Event Planner to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As an Event Planner, you will work with our associates and guests to plan and execute events at the property. You will use your organizational and time management skills to create lasting memories for guests attending a variety of events.

Pay $20.00 - $20.00 / hour

What will you do?Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of catering eventsCreate and maintain contact with client representatives from the catering eventEstablish event objectives with the client and develop a plan to achieve these goalsPartner with the catering team members to ensure a smooth and successful eventMaximize guest satisfaction throughout all phases of the event

More about youMust be at least 18 years oldPrevious customer service experience preferredWorking knowledge of budgetary practices for events preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and ExcelAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysNo experience or diploma required

Physical requirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time and occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and kneel
