We are opening a position for an **Event Manager** to join our team.
Location: **Tashkent, Uzbekistan** .
**Your Responsibilities**
1. Event Management (internal and external)
+ Full-cycle event organization “end-to-end”: concept → preparation → coordination → execution → post‑event reporting.
+ Collaboration with internal stakeholders to align on event objectives and requirements. Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
+ Event budget planning and monitoring, timely expense closure, and reporting.
2. Vendor Management
+ Sourcing and evaluating new suppliers, conducting negotiations, requesting commercial proposals. Managing relationships with existing vendors.
+ Preparing and coordinating contracts, monitoring compliance with contractual obligations.
3. Business Travel Coordination
+ Managing travel logistics: booking air and train tickets, selecting and reserving hotels, arranging transfers.
+ Preparing travel itineraries and programs, and communicating relevant information to travelers.
+ Maintaining the business travel calendar and coordinating all participants.
4. Documentation and Administrative Support
+ Preparing internal documents, requests, supporting materials, and reports.
+ Creating requests in 1C and working with internal company systems to obtain necessary approvals.
+ Timely closure of business trips and events in accordance with company financial procedures.
5. Administrative and Analytical Support
+ Targeted assistance with preparing selected slides and Excel tables for the Marketing Manager’s business reviews (periodically, as needed).
+ Preparing brief reports on events and business trips: KPIs, feedback, actual budget, and improvement recommendations.
+ Supporting internal documentation and organizational processes within the department.
**Requirements**
+ Higher education.
+ Experience in a similar role is desirable (event management and travel management). Candidates from other roles may be considered if they have performed similar tasks in the past.
+ Fluent Uzbek and Russian; English at B2 level.
+ Proficient user of MS Office.
+ Preferable but not required (we can provide training): knowledge of pharma regulations and codes of conduct for organizing medical events.
+ Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex situations quickly. Attention to detail, responsibility, accuracy in documentation, and comfort working with large amounts of information.
