**Overview** If you are passionate about creating memorable experiences, possess exceptional organizational skills and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for the Event Manager position and contribute to the growth and success of Intuit Accountants. **What you'll bring** + 2+ year experience in event management and business development preferably in the accounting industry. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships. + Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. + Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines in a dynamic environment. + Knowledge of accounting industry trends and a strategic mindset for business growth. + Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by events. + Willingness to travel as required. **How you will lead** + Assist the team in planning and organizing a range of events and sponsorships that align with the company’s goals. + Support, orchestrate, and flawlessly execute an array of events. + Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management and on-site coordination. + Play a hands-on role in pre-, during, and post-event social media activities, helping to capture content, coordinate posts, and engage with audiences without reliance on the core social media team. + Collaborate with marketing to craft and execute strategies to achieve event objectives. + Analyze post-event feedback and metrics to continuously improve. + Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices to enhance the quality and innovation of events. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, partners and key stakeholders. + Collaborate with cross functional teams to create compelling presentations tailored to the target audience. + Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and foster relationships while contributing to the overall success of the sales organization. + Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, representing the company positively. _Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
