SAP Basis Administration: 5-8 years of experience required SQL Database Support:
Hands-on experience Event Management: Using FRUN (Focused Run) or SAP Solution Manager Working with templates, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Cloud Monitoring Managed Services Delivery:
Experience in handling operations under this model 24/7 Operations Management:
Leading or supporting continuous delivery units SLA/KPI Tracking:
Monitoring service levels and performance indicators ITIL Framework:
Familiarity with Event Management concepts Incident Management:
Experience in de-escalating IT incidents and requests Global Team Collaboration: Working in distributed teams across time zones
