**Description:** 宴会・婚礼用西洋料理の調理業務(コールド場)を担当していただきます。 ●一般宴会のコース料理、カクテル、ブッフェ料理、ランチボックス等の冷菜調理 ●婚礼のコース料理、二次会ブッフェ料理の冷菜調理 ●ケータリングメニューの調理 ●メニュー開発、提案 ●発注・在庫・コスト管理 ●労務管理 ●衛生管理 ●人材育成 Responsible for cooking Western cuisine for banquets and weddings (cold place).
