We are recruiting for an Events Host to join our team in Stockholm on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to join a global account team.

You will play a key role in delivering high impact meetings and events. Based at one of our client locations, you will play a key role in delivering meetings and events experiences, liaising with stakeholders, organizers and vendors. Ensuring catering is delivered and presented to the highest standards. From setup checks to last minute adjustments, you will be the go to person making sure everything runs like clockwork.
You will be working onsite with a globally renowned tech client at their headquarters. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, during regular business hours or as directed by the business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
•Act as the primary contact for event and meeting related activities, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
•Conduct pre-event checks to confirm venue and room setup aligns with event requirements and standards.
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients and the Event Coordinator.
•Liaise with catering teams to verify orders, presentation and timing meet agreed specifications.
•Find creative solutions to unique meeting needs and challenges.
•Monitor event flow and proactively resolve any issues or last minute changes.
•Ensure all AV and technical equipment is functioning and ready prior to the event or meeting.
•Greet and support guests, providing a welcoming and professional presence throughout the event.
•Work proactively, anticipate needs and operational challenges and keep things moving forward in a positive manner.
•Support post-event wrap up, including feedback collection and reposing any incidents or learnings.
•Uphold brand standards and client expectations in all aspects of event delivery.
•Assist with signage, wayfinding and other guest experience enhancements.
•Maintain inventory of event supplies and report any shortages or needs.
•Manage time effectively across multiple events and bookings in a day.
•Ensure all events comply with all relevant QHSE regulations and company standards, including risk assessments, incidents reporting and corrective actions.
**Experience Required:**
•Minimum of 1 – 3 year event operations experience or similar operational roles.
•Swedish gymansium education or equivalent.
•A warm, approachable personality and a collaborative mindset.
•Proven ability to manage muliple events with attention to detail.
•Confidence in communicating with diverse stakeholders and building trust quickly.
•A sense of urgency and calm under pressure, ready to tackle last minute changes.
•Strong problem-solving skills and logistical thinking.
•Comfortable being on your feet and moving thoughout the day
•Skilled in customer communication, Microsoft Office, mobile technologies, and event management systems and processes
•Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written is required. Additional languages are a plus!
