Event Concierge Team Leader (F&B Event)
**Description:** To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the event Sales within the Sales & Marketing Division and Food and Beverage. The Event Concierge serves as the primary liaison between the guest, the Banquet Operations team, and supporting departments during events. This role ensures that all guest requests and event details are executed seamlessly and that the service experience reflects the hotel’s five-star standards.
