These allow for the unique experience that you can only get at this resort. **Hourly Rate:** $20 - $23 **Position Overview:** The Event Concierge is an ambassador to connect the hotel staff with event planners to ensure the success of onsite events. **Job Functions & Responsibilities:** There are five primary roles of the Event Concierge: + **Hotel Ambassador:** Represents the Hyatt brand and makes a connection with the meeting planner to ensure that the hotel has a positive image. + **Liaison from the Onsite Meeting Planner to All Departments:** Stays in close contact with all hotel departments to ensure that all planner and hotel requests are met. + **Hotel Ground Support Representative:** The eyes and ears for all meetings and special events, communicating specifically with the Events Department to ensure the managers feel the operations is running smoothly.
