What You'll Be Doing

Operate rail loadout systems to safely and efficiently load materials into railcarsPerform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational readinessMonitor product quality and ensure accurate documentation of loadout activitiesCommunicate with team members and rail personnel to coordinate loading schedulesAdhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and mechanical systemsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety practicesEffective communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow standard operating procedures and adapt to changing prioritiesWillingness to work in a physically demanding and outdoor environment

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkMust meet all site-specific safety and operational requirements

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, and standing for extended periodsMust be able to work at heights and in confined spaces as neededUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas
