Duties and responsibilities related to the Evening Room Attendant role

Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfacesPerform evening turndown service, replenishing amenities, refreshing towels, and preparing beds for the nightAdd thoughtful touches to enhance the guest experience, such as arranging personal items, closing curtains, and placing bedside matsWork closely with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met
