City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Evening Operations Coordinator - Facility Services to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facility services during the evening hours. Your primary focus will be on coordinating daily activities, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of service delivery for our valued clients. As an Evening Operations Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for both staff and clients, providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate and supervise evening operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with client expectations. + Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly. + Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless operations and resolve any concerns. + Assist in training and orienting new staff members on company procedures and policies. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and Independent Contractors. + Manage inventory and supplies to ensure operational readiness. + Submit incident reports and activity logs using the company’s CRM system. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in facility management or operations preferred. + Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a related field. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems. + Flexibility to work evening hours, including weekends as needed.
