Location: A Local Greensboro, NC Public School

Pay: $14.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM (No Weekends!)

What You'll Be Doing:

Transforming floors using your expertise in sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, and refinishing.

Leading periodic projects like stripping and waxing hard surfaces to restore their look and longevity.

Operating and maintaining professional floor care equipment, including high-speed buffers and ride-on auto-scrubbers.

Assisting the team with general cleaning tasks to ensure the entire facility is spotless.

Championing safety by following all protocols and using cleaning solutions properly.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience as a Floor Technician with mastery of stripping, waxing, and buffing.

Confidence and skill in operating professional floor equipment (especially ride-on auto-scrubbers).

A reliable and punctual work ethic—you're someone the team can count on.

A self-starter attitude with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform the demanding tasks of the role.

Must be able to pass a background check required for working in a school setting.
