Job Description
• Lead communication with escalation organizations and maintain Service Order priority
• Ensure Service Order quality & thoroughness including PCCSIM (Problem, Containment, Cause, Solution, Implementation, Monitor) and back-end call handling
• Maintain local escalation WOW and guide stakeholders accountable to escalation procedures
• Contribute to make Lean organization by driving team to find the continuous improvement
• Request onsite support if necessary
• Monitor and report on critical and urgent escalations
• Identify lessons learned to prevent future escalations
• Assist Fab Team to initiate escalation with Competency Team and/or Escalation Management Office if necessary
• Contribute to customer interface to deliver ASML state and to align the expectations
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronics / Mechatronics / Robotics/Optics / Physics
• More than 2 years of related experiences

• Fluent English (Listening, speaking and writing)
• Maintaining stable and neutral mind for retaining objective point of view
• Capable of dealing with a broad range of technical subjects

• Strong ownership for Alignment and Self-learner
• Sufficient knowledge to handle MS Office tools

Working Location: Icheon
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
