EUV customer technology manager ensures that SK hynix customer team understands customer technology roadmap and node requirements, and helps ASML to develop and deliver the right lithography solutions to SK hynix customer.
Role and responsibilitiesDevelop new EUV business for SK hynixUnderstand customer’s future and current nodes and device, and translate to lithography requirementsAlign customer’s future performance requirements for EUV systems and options based on customer input and internal understandingEstablish future business demand based on customer requirements and ASML’s future technologyPlan enhancement strategy for EUV installed base with customer stakeholdersEstablish customer engagement strategy and business development plans for EUV productsDeliver information on ASML new products and technologies to the customer stakeholdersDeliver EUV business in timeDesign and execute annual customer roadmap meetings at high management level and engineering levelSupport HVM customer meetings and understand customer requirements for the current nodesLead new system evaluation projects working with customers and CS (Customer Support) engineering teamsManage sales orders to closure for the first new systemsDrive collaborationWork with HQ business line to develop and execute new product business at SK hynixCollaboration with customer stakeholders to understand and align technology roadmapsKorea customer team collaboration across Customer Support, Account Management to ensure all customer unmet needs are met in product performance and serviceEducation and experienceBachelor's degree in engineering or related field; knowledge of electronics, semiconductor processes, software and related disciplines, An advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is preferred More than 12 years in semi or related industriesHaving in-depth technical expertise in litho/photo processPreferred having experience in competitive business environmentSkillsProven ability to structure and lead technology discussions with multiple partiesUnderstands the customer technology cycle and processProven organizational skills to align multiple stakeholdersExceptional strategic thinking and planning skills; determines priorities and organizes actions effectively; is structured and timely in execution.Demonstrates ability to build bridges between Business Lines, Account team and Corporate marketingDemonstrates capability to influence without authority in cross sector management (business lines, logistics, factory, 3rd line, etc.); strongly influences all levels of the organization: able to motivate, drive, steer and convince others.Ability to explain complex technical matters in simple terms.Ability to escalate and effectively communicate to upper management, including Executive Committee (Executive Team) with the insight of impact on business and options for solutions.Perspective: Can zoom in and out from details to bigger picture (in size and time), while maintaining global perspective.Ability to work independently; self-motivated.Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environmentLearning agility of complex technical subjectsWork Location Icheon officeThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
