European Supply Chain Business Partner Lead
Location: Flexible within Europe (preferred: Warsaw, Bagnolo, Busnago, Breukelen, Oslo, Viladecans)

We are now seeking a European Supply Chain Business Partner Lead with an S&OE focus — a key leadership role that connects commercial strategy with operational execution across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team, strengthen the link between business and supply chain, and drive service excellence through structured governance, analytics, and collaboration.
Key Challenges
Strategic Leadership and Business Partnering
• Lead and develop a team of Supply Chain Business Partners across Europe.
• Act as the primary supply chain partner to the commercial organization, managing service, costs and quality improvement for customers
• Build alignment, capability, and collaboration across European markets to ensure consistent execution.
Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Leadership
• Design, implement, and continuously drive & improve the S&OE process (0–8 weeks horizon).
• Establish governance, cadence, and decision-making structure to synchronize supply, demand, and service performance.
• Bridge the gap between strategic planning and operational delivery across Europe.
Performance & Process Excellence
• Drive end-to-end supply chain performance management through KPIs, dashboards, and reason-coding frameworks.
• Instil discipline and accountability in execution, reducing order slippage and improving service reliability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance process efficiency, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Influence and Stakeholder Management
• Serve as a critical link between Supply Chain, Commercial, and Customer Service functions.
• Influence senior leaders, align priorities, and drive cross-regional problem-solving.
• Support tenders, product rollouts, and business transformation projects to strengthen commercial execution.
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or customer service.
• Proven experience leading teams in a regional or complex matrix environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Background in LEAN, Six Sigma, or process improvement and change management.
• Calm, structured, and decisive – able to “set the drumbeat” for team cadences and governance.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and commercial interdependencies.
• Willingness to travel across Europe (10–15%).
