We're now looking for a European Operations Controller to join our busy team

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nEnsuring that all appropriate transportation and customs documentation is created and processed timely and accurately\nEnsure that DHL service providers have agreed and sign off any contingency plan and have the correct resources available to act upon the plan.\nLiaising with carriers to ensure pre-arranged transport from the contingency plan, sourcing other carriers where required to smooth out the collection plan as much as possible.\nEnsure adherence to internal and external costs agreements and procedures, to avoid and report financial loss and or financial discrepancies\nMaintain relationships to implement and establish high, reliable on time collection and on time delivery performance and to respond to inquiries / requests of a moderate difficulty level from Suppliers, Carriers and others (internal & external).\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nTransport experience within a Supply Chain or Logistics environment\nGeographical Knowledge\nProactive with a keen eye for detail.\nAbility to demonstrate analytical and logical thinking\nGood degree of computer literacy, with excel, access, word and PowerPoint experience\nExcellent communicator (verbal & written)\n\n
