Ecolab is seeking aEuropean Commercial Technical Facility Care and Laundry Specialist to join our Institutional division, supporting our field sales teams across a dynamic European cluster. How You’ll Make an Impact:

Deliver to Corporate account and Field sales in country cluster expert product advice, technical training, in-field problem resolution, critical local endorsements and documentation on Institutional products and dispensing equipmentTrain new hires on all Institutional technical & product applicationsBe key contact regarding technical questions for tenders and customer requests in alignment with CAM and Field salesParticipate in field tests for European R&D new innovations using the global field test methodology, take part in innovation project teams and support the launch and implementation of innovations through training of Field SalesLaunch and implement innovations in the market through TM training, through pre-launch familiarisation trials, post-launch refresher training and in-field supportProvide local customer insights to R&D and marketing for new innovations. Keep records of TM and CA queries and support provided. Regularly update R&D and marketing on market developments.Develop digital skills (Salesforce, Connectivity) of Field Sales through field visits and trainingReceive, filter and report all quality issues through eQMS process with batch codes, samples and application knowledge and provide feedback to sales on issues.Close collaboration with Marketing, R&D, regulatory and other functions in establishment of technical and sales support materials and customer statementsTake part regularly in field trips.Lead safety during travel and on-site customer activitiesLead our working student and coordinate activities with RDE

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master‘s Degree (in Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent) and 1-3 years job experienceElectrotechnical background required1-3 years’ experience in professional facility cleaning and laundry servicesFluency in German language and English required as well Polish and/or Turkish, other languages are beneficialFirst leadership experienceAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and on a European and virtual baseWillingness to travel across Europe (min 50%)Full driving licence and valid passport essentialEagerness to learn fast and open minded and solution oriented, digital mindsetStrong people influencing skills, ability to inspire people,Organise and prioritize many different deliverables for the businessStrong service-, customer- and results focusStrong People skills and ability to lead and inspire remotelyIT skills: able to use MS Office suite and ERP systems
