AsEurope OOH Brand Manager, reporting to the OOH Europe Marketing Director, you are the voice of the Bonduelle Food Service brand across all European markets. You bring the brand to life through powerful content, targeted activations, and impactful communication. Your mission: to strengthen brand visibility, preference, and consistency among our key audiences—key accounts, distributors, and chefs—while embodying our commitments to sustainability and plant-based food. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Strategy & Activation Define and lead the Food Service brand and activation strategy across Europe, aligned with the European positioning. Build and deploy an annual communication and activation plan in line with local commercial and marketing priorities. 🔹 Content Creation & Key Channels Design and execute content, events, and marketing materials in collaboration with external agencies, across five key pillars: "Greenology" content (Plant-based culinary approach) to accelerate brand growth and support regional events. Digital communication & social media Positive impact content, aligned with the group’s CSR strategy and local needs. Sales support materials: catalogs, brochures, sales and culinary toolkits. Marketing community engagement: training, inspiration, and upskilling initiatives. 🔹 Collaboration & Influence Work closely with sales, innovation, channel, and culinary teams to ensure aligned, consistent, and locally relevant communication. Create engaging content around our two brand pillars: plant-based and convenience, in partnership with Greenology and culinary experts. Represent the brand in professional organizations (GECO, trade unions, etc.). 🔹 Tools & Performance Be a key contributor to the DAM platform: enrich, validate, and structure marketing assets from the community. Monitor brand action performance and recommend adjustments to maximize impact. Ideal Profile: Proven experience in brand marketing, communication, or activation, ideally in the Food Service or B2B environment. Strong ability to turn insights into actionable content and manage multi-channel projects. Collaborative leadership, organizational skills, creativity, and results orientation. You will grow your expertise in brand strategy, 360° communication, cross-functional leadership, and B2B marketing. _____ En tant que Brand Manager OOH Europe, rattaché(e) au Directeur Marketing OOH Europe, vous incarnez la marque Bonduelle Food Service sur l’ensemble des marchés européens en lui donnant vie à travers des contenus puissants, des activations ciblées et une communication impactante. Votre mission : renforcer la visibilité, la préférence et la cohérence de la marque auprès de nos cibles clés – grands comptes, distributeurs et chefs – tout en incarnant nos engagements en matière de durabilité et d’alimentation végétale. Vos responsabilités clés : 🔹 Stratégie & activation Définir et piloter la stratégie de marque et d’activation Food Service en Europe, en cohérence avec le positionnement européen. Construire et déployer un plan annuel de communication et d’activation, en lien avec les priorités commerciales et marketing locales. 🔹 Création de contenu & canaux clés Concevoir et exécuter des contenus, événements et supports marketing en collaboration avec des agences externes, autour de 5 piliers : Contenus "Greenology" (approche culinaire durable et végétale) pour accélérer la croissance de la marque et soutenir les événements régionaux. Communication digitale & réseaux sociaux, Contenus à impact positif, en lien avec la stratégie RSE du groupe et les besoins locaux. Supports commerciaux : catalogues, brochures, argumentaires pour les équipes commerciales et culinaires. Animation de la communauté marketing Food Service : formation, inspiration, montée en compétences. 🔹 Collaboration & influence Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, innovation, canal et culinaires pour garantir une communication alignée, cohérente et localement pertinente. Créer des contenus engageants autour de nos deux piliers de marque : le végétal et la praticité, en partenariat avec les experts Greenology et culinaires. Représenter la marque dans les instances professionnelles (GECO, syndicats, etc.). 🔹 Outils & performance Être un contributeur clé du DAM : enrichir, valider et structurer les assets marketing issus de la communauté. Suivre la performance des actions de marque et recommander des ajustements pour maximiser l’impact. 🌱 Pourquoi ce poste est une opportunité unique ? Vous êtes au cœur de la stratégie de marque Food Service dans un contexte de transformation durable. Vous pilotez des projets à fort impact business et créatif, visibles en interne comme en externe. Vous développez vos compétences en brand strategy, communication 360°, leadership transversal et marketing B2B. 👤 Profil recherché : Expérience confirmée en marketing de marque, communication ou activation, idéalement dans l’univers Food Service ou B2B. Forte capacité à traduire des insights en contenus activables et à piloter des projets multi-canaux. Leadership collaboratif, sens de l’organisation, créativité et orientation résultats.
