**A Day in the Life**
The EurAsia Service Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving the efficiency and success of the service sales organization. This role is responsible for developing and managing efficient sales processes, analyzing data to generate actionable insights, and leveraging technology to optimize performance. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to support sales strategies, improve the customer lifecycle experience, and meet revenue goals. Key responsibilities also include managing service agreements, service revenue drivers, tracking KPIs, and ensuring seamless sales administration and pipeline management.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
**Sales Process Optimization:**
+ Develop, implement, and manage sales processes, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.
+ Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
**Data Analysis & Reporting:**
+ Analyze sales and operational data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast sales, and identify trends or areas for improvement.
+ Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance and service agreement metrics.
**Technology & Tool Management:**
+ Select, implement, and manage CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other technologies to streamline sales processes and enhance customer relationships.
+ Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide insights and drive decision-making.
**Service Agreement Management:**
+ Oversee and track service orders, agreements, fulfillment, durations, and expiration dates in collaboration with the sales and finance teams.
+ Ensure accurate documentation and timely renewals of service contracts.
**Forecasting & Pipeline Management:**
+ Develop and manage sales forecasts, monitor the sales funnel, and proactively address roadblocks to revenue attainment.
+ Support sales leadership with pipeline visibility and quota management.
**Sales Strategy & Collaboration:**
+ Partner with sales leadership, marketing, and finance teams to execute sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
+ Act as a key liaison between sales and other internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration from pre-sale to post-sale.
**Territory & Performance Evaluation:**
+ Analyze sales regions or territories to identify opportunities and weaknesses, proposing strategies to improve performance and operational efficiency.
**Sales Administration:**
+ Manage the transactional environment of sales administration, ensuring timely processing of sales-related tasks, service agreements, and documentation.
**Essential Skills:**
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
+ Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
+ Expertise in data management, reporting, and creating dashboards.
+ In-depth understanding of sales processes, strategies, and service agreement management.
+ Leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Flexibility to work across Asia and Europe time zones to ensure effective collaboration with global teams.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
**Experience:**
+ 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
+ Familiarity with service contract management and renewal processes is highly preferred.
+ Understanding of service revenue recognition policies
