Job Description:
Develop and deliver external communication annual program supporting company and brand reputation among pet owners within existing global and EURASIA external communications strategy. Prioritize messages, select the relevant tools to register health through nutrition & knowledge with sustainability in external stakeholder's top of mindDevelop proposals for the separate integrated campaigns within the framework of the annual program. Manage their execution, involving other Associates and the PR agency in each country of the EURASIA Cluster.Identify newsworthy opportunities, draft publicity releases and media responses, manage press events, press trips, involve internal experts as media speakers etc.Manage and conduct appropriate research, measurement, message development and program evaluation for brand PR and communication campaigns.Co-pilot to the cross-functional brand communication initiatives, together with the brand team and pillars’ leadership.Co\-pilot to the cross\-functional social initiatives e.g. RCF projects etc. together with the brand and other teams and pillars’ leadership.Develop and deliver internal communications annual program to cascade OGSM, annual goals, involve Associates into Purpose, increase advocacy for our business and brand.Deliver internal and external communications during the crisis, create messages, communications materials, etc.Drive change management communication initiatives.Deliver executive media training for key spokespeople, provide guidance for spokesperson opportunities. Organize CALM training for the Cluster and Unit's CMT.Support Consumer Care team in managing the controversial topics online and social media crisis scenarios.Education & Professional Qualifications
Qualifications preferred: Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably, but not limited to: Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Linguistic. Additional certification in PR will be an asset.
Knowledge / Experience
3-5 years professional expertise in communications or external PR, preferably, in the FMCG company or healthcare business, or in the PR agency directly working with the FMCG clients or healthcare business sector.Demonstrated track record of implementing PR programs and crisis communication plans which achieve measurable results.Excellent project management and organization skills, combined with the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously, working under pressure and delivering within tight deadlines.Experience of media management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
